At Wine Country Corals, we stand behind the health of our livestock and the quality of our equipment with a dedicated 24-hour Stay-Alive Guarantee and a 30-day return policy on dry goods. Please note that all returned items must be in their original packaging and livestock claims require photographic evidence within the specified timeframe.
Return Process
- 1.Submit a Claim
Contact our support team via email within 24 hours for livestock or 30 days for dry goods to initiate your return or replacement request.
- 2.Provide Documentation
Attach clear, high-resolution photos of the item or livestock; for corals, please include a photo of the specimen both in the shipping bag and inside your aquarium.
- 3.Ship the Item
For dry goods, securely package the unused item in its original box and use the provided prepaid shipping label to send it back to our warehouse.
- 4.Receive Refund or Credit
Once our team inspects the returned goods or verifies the livestock claim, we will issue a refund to your original payment method or apply a store credit to your account.
